Applicants must be between 25 to 45 years of age at the time of application.
You will be part of a trusted peer group that fosters growth through authenticity, accountability, and mutual support. Together, we share openly, challenge perspectives, and celebrate progress—showing up with presence, respect, and sincerity in all Forums, Meetings, and Retreats.

Chapter Allocation
Members will be inducted into the chapter corresponding to their domicile region. Cross-chapter applications may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
